Links and Passive Third-Party Sites

Our Sites may contain passive links to other independent sites and unaffiliated third parties. The inclusion of a link on the Sites does not imply endorsement by NMSF of the linked site or service. Advocacy Campaigns and Personal Information

Our advocacy outreach is conducted through One Click Politics (OCP), a third-party vendor whose services we licensed. Messages you may generate through NMSF Sites for us to route to elected officials, leadership of certain organizations or other policymakers are performed through the OCP product and platform. When you send a message or sign a petition on NMSF Sites, we require your name, email address, zip code and city to correctly route the message. Other information requested in our Personal Information form is optional.

OCP may enable you to choose to publish messages on your profiles. When this is done, OCP will not disclose your physical address or phone number but it may disclose a portion of your name and Congressional District, e.g., “Jamie S. in Virginia’s 1st Congressional District”.

Any aggregated information that OCP collects may be used to better understand how OCP is used, to improve the online experience of its users and to identify demographic trends. This information is not used in a way that will personally identify you. OCP’s privacy policy is here: https://www.oneclickpolitics.com/terms
